Hospice Care Hospice is Life Affirming All Care Hospice is about
living life in comfort. The goal of hospice care
is to enhance the quality of a person's life, while
optimizing the time spent with family and friends. Hospice support
empowers patients to live with dignity, grace and fulfillment. With a
focus on caring, not curing, people receive services in their
home, nursing home, hospital, or residential facility. Committed
to Caring At All Care Hospice, we offer support to
both patients, and their families and friends as they cope with the difficult
decisions and questions regarding end-of-life care. All Care Hospice
Services Our
interdisciplinary team of nurses, aides, social workers, chaplain and
volunteers work with the patient’s physician and our Hospice Medical
Director to provide physical, emotional and spiritual needs for the
patient and family. Hospice care is available 24 hours-a-day, seven
days-a-week and includes:

importantly, All Care Hospice offers patients and families control over
the final aspects of their lives, ensuring their last days are lived on
their own terms, with their wishes respected, their decisions enforced and
their dignity assured. Payment for
Services Hospice care
may be reimbursed through Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance
programs. Our Hospice services are available to all who are eligible
